The role involves participating in Agile ceremonies, designing and developing Oracle Plsql packages, and advising clients on technical solutions while supporting major enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities
Be part of Agile team and actively participate and contribute in all standard Agile ceremonies
Build Oracle Plsql Packages and act as subject matter expert through the entire systems development lifecycle
Design Tables, functions and Feed Set ups to meet business requirements and document application set-ups
Identify business requirements and map them to the application functionality and guide technical team for technical design specifications and solution for Data Conversions/Extracts, application extensions, Reports and Interfaces with other applications
Work with Product owners to gather requirements and facilitate gap identification and design solution
Work with various different testing teams to plan application testing and support testing
Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Support Major enterprise initiatives to develop new or custom modules
Develop enhancements in an Oracle 23c version
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
Develop end-user documentation and training materials
Identify functionality gaps, perform POCs and develop solutions/workarounds
Qualification
Required
Minimum 15+ years' experience in Oracle Plsql and application development
Strong knowledge of Oracle PlSQL
Unix Scripting
Extensive experience in debugging, performance tuning, Runtime Analysis and System monitoring
Good experience in Application development, Unix scripting and Autosys scheduler
Strong written and oral communication skills and an open communication style
Ability to interact with business users to get requirements, present design decisions and get approval, provide inputs on testing various business scenarios
Experience in Agile environment and methodologies
Preferred
Experience in Oracle Financial R12
Oracle Financial Cloud integration
