Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in an operations data analyst role within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data querying and analysis
Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical models
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results
Preferred
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset for reporting and dashboard creation
Familiarity with Customer Support or Operations analytics
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams
Ability to adapt in ambiguous environments and drive timely solutions
