Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Order Management and Inventory processes
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Order Management and Inventory modules
Work on order orchestration, pricing integration, fulfillment flows, shipping, and returns
Configure inventory organizations, item setups, inventory transactions, and replenishment processes
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices
Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reports
Provide functional design documentation (FDD) and solution design
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
Work with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance

Required

6+ years of Oracle SCM functional experience
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud
Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Experience in Order orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory transactions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience with Global Order Promising (GOP) or Pricing Cloud
Exposure to Manufacturing or Procurement Cloud modules
Oracle Cloud SCM certification is a plus
Experience in Manufacturing / Distribution industry
