Responsibilities
Contribute to innovative MarTech initiatives aimed at improving how VFS engages with customers by leveraging Data and AI-driven platforms
Conduct research on the Marketing Technology landscape to explore, test, and recommend market solutions that could support our strategy
Support the compilation, structuring, and preparation of product and marketing content to enable future use in content management and marketing technology platforms
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance coordination between teams working on MarTech projects
Help prepare clear and concise materials, such as project updates, presentations, and reports, to facilitate smooth collaboration
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, and must have completed 30 credit hours or more prior to the start of the internship
Interest in AI, data-driven analysis, and innovative digital marketing technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn and contribute
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Summer interns may work up to 40 hours per week
