Responsibilities
Demonstrate high judgement, clear communication and deliver results

Provide operational support for internal and external requests and co-sourcing activities
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency

Exhibit a bias for action and a passion for operational excellence, driving continuous improvement to our processes and standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred
3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
Experience with SQL and Excel
