Universal Orlando Resort is a leading entertainment destination, and they are seeking an Analyst, Cost to provide essential financial and administrative support to the division. This role involves managing vendor payments, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to financial reporting and analysis to support division performance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating, reviewing, and analyzing vendor payments related to tenants, royalties, and other high-profile financial obligations. Including owning/maintaining related reports and queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments supported by clear documentation, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Complete month-end close duties, including report creation, account reconciliation, and G/L journal entries in SAP
Assist Cost Manager and division leadership in the development and submission of annual budgets and latest estimates for Tenants, Royalties, and CityWalk
Identify and implement automation improvements to streamline processes and tasks
Develop analysis to support division performance such as trend analysis, results vs. cost drivers, and other business-related needs
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Associate degree (AA) is required
1+ year of Finance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
