Support meeting logistics (rosters, childcare coordination, materials, minutes support)
Maintain accurate records/data entry; assist with invoices and basic reporting
Communicate with families, staff, and community partners in English & Spanish
Some evening/weekend availability required
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Spanish/English (written & verbal) required
Associate's degree required
2–3 years admin/project coordination experience
Intermediate–advanced MS Office skills
Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
