Clinical Program Specialist - Respiratory Therapist
Synapse Health is a company dedicated to streamlining the durable medical equipment (DME) process. The Clinical Program Specialist plays a key role in the Clinical Programs team, responsible for executing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical programs to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and ongoing implementation of clinical programs across the organization
Coordinate and manage daily clinical program operations, ensuring activities remain on track, compliant, and aligned with defined goals
Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including efficiency, quality, compliance, and patient outcomes, and translate findings into actionable insights
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to support visibility into program performance and trends
Maintain comprehensive and accurate program documentation, including policies, procedures, workflows, and performance reports
Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
Manage documentation, compliance reporting, and audit preparation to ensure programs meet regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards
Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, operations, analytics teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication
Facilitate meetings, trainings, and program updates to drive adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement
Support data collection, validation, and evaluation efforts related to program effectiveness, outcomes, and regulatory or payer submissions
Qualification
Required
Licensed healthcare professional (RRT or CRT)
2+ years of experience in clinical program coordination, healthcare operations, analytics, or related roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and leadership teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with comfort analyzing and presenting data
Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards
Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3โ5 years of experience in a DMEPOS, medical device, or similar healthcare environment
Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data reporting tools is a plus
