Principal Technical Program Manager, Security Operations (Nashville or Austin Only/Relo Available)

Responsibilities
Lead and manage security operations programs, including threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards
Develop and maintain security processes, playbooks, and documentation to streamline security operations and incident management
Coordinate and facilitate communication between security teams, cloud operations, and other stakeholders during security incidents and investigations
Analyze security metrics, logs, and data to identify trends, potential vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement in security operations
Implement and manage security tools, technologies, and automation to enhance threat detection and response capabilities
Stay updated on emerging security threats, attack vectors, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for security enhancements
Collaborate with the product development teams to integrate security best practices into the cloud service offerings
Mentor and guide junior team members and promote a culture of continuous security improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a technical program management role within the cybersecurity domain
Strong technical background in cloud security, network security, incident response, and security operations
Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably with OCI or similar cloud providers
Excellent program management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with security monitoring tools, SIEM systems, and security automation
Familiarity with security regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI DSS)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks
Preferred
A Master's degree is preferred
Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or similar security certifications are a plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
