Responsibilities

Must have a thorough understanding of AC and DC principals
Demonstrable knowledge of simplistic tasks associated with the fabrication and assembly of electrical/electronic, mechanical, and hardware assemblies
Ability to use various test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency generators, RF monitors, etc
Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, engineering blue prints, and modification instructions for installing, fabricating and testing a variety electrical systems and components for various military ground support systems
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the electrical/electronic field
Knowledge of Mil-SPEC connectors
Must be or have the ability to obtain IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification
Must have good working knowledge of general fabrication shop tools and equipment
Ability to perform simple shop math, read a caliper, tape measure, precision measuring tools, multitask, and adjust to flexible work requirements
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to communicate work completion via written and oral presentations to Project Manager/Lead
Intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs
Ability to enter data accurately into databases
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Must be able work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
Must be trustworthy – will handle confidential information routinely
Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate information to others
Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc
Ability to follow a process
Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas
Strong decision analysis and problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies
Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista goals
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations, detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems
Must be able to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task

Preferred

At least 5 years' experience in Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Assembly or similar background preferred
Must be willing to travel if needed to complete customer requirements for the project
