Responsibilities
Servicing vehicles maintaining cars by performing checks and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components
Advising the Service Receptionists about required repairs
Maintaining repair and service records
Investigating reported issues with the help of specialised tools and diagnostic equipment, as well as seeking guidance from senior employees as needed
Developing and comprehending the relevant documents for warranty work
Qualification
Required
GCSE grades level 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)
