Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams across Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
Collect, input, and verify data to support measurement and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) against business objectives
Assist in preparing management updates on budget performance, highlighting deviations and identifying opportunities for improvement
Support the assessment of economic impact and compliance concerns related to key business decisions
Help communicate Oracle Business Practices and monitor processes for compliance and proper approvals
Contribute to the implementation of new processes and procedures as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with Oracle technologies, solutions, or services is a plus
Interest in or exposure to machine learning technologies and Generative AI tools
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collect, organize, and present data using spreadsheets and visualization tools
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and team members
Ability to effectively seek information, correct data errors, and follow through on tasks
Relationship management and customer service mindset desired

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
