Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and engineering practices for Salesforce platform

Reimagine and rebuild Employee customer experience in Dealer Originations

Influence platform execution strategy with business and technology leaders

Promote product and technology improvements for enhanced performance

Act as an ambassador for the organization in the tech community

Mentor team members on advanced technical issues

Drive cross-team solutions and anticipate potential problems

Required

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and related integrations

Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including APIs and events

5-7 years experience in mentorship and thought leadership

Preferred

Relevant certifications or licenses

Experience in business acumen and understanding business implications
