Responsibilities

Lead UI architecture and design for large-scale PEGA applications in telecom customer service and operations
Establish and enforce UI standards and best practices using PEGA Cosmos and UI-Kit
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, business stakeholders, and CDH teams to deliver high-performance UI solutions
Architect reusable UI components, dynamic case views, and templates
Integrate Pega CDH and Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies into UI for personalized customer engagement
Use Pega Prediction Studio to deploy predictive models in customer-facing and CSR applications
Optimize UI performance through advanced PEGA UI rule tuning and reusable patterns
Integrate PEGA UI with external systems via REST APIs, mashups, and other integrations
Ensure UI compliance with WCAG accessibility, branding, and enterprise UX standards
Mentor team members on UI architecture, CDH integration, and Prediction Studio best practices
Lead design/code reviews and support implementation of complex screen flows and dynamic case management
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and release teams to resolve UI issues and support production deployments
Drive UI modernization and intelligent decisioning aligned with digital transformation initiatives

Required

18+ years of PEGA experience, with a strong focus on UI architecture
Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next-Best-Action Designer
Expertise in implementing predictive models using Pega Prediction Studio
Deep knowledge of Cosmos, UI-Kit, section rules, harnesses, skin rules, and case design
Experience integrating PEGA with REST APIs and enterprise systems
Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
PEGA CSSA or LSA certification

Preferred

Telecom or large-scale enterprise experience preferred
