Responsibilities

Directly partners with Global Real Estate to develop site selection strategy & execution for Amazon Now's rapid expansion by collaborating with Pre-Construction, Design, Topology, and Finance teams to identify and validate optimal locations that meet sub-30-minute delivery SLAs
Drive multi-dimensional site evaluation by assessing every proposed location through financial guardrails, capacity requirements, and service area optimization to ensure each site supports Quick Commerce's ambitious growth targets
Challenge conventional approaches and think creatively to identify innovative solutions that break through process bottlenecks, questioning established norms when they impede optimal site selection outcomes, and proposing bold alternatives that accelerate launch timelines
Operate at high velocity to keep pace with business expansion needs, making data-driven recommendations quickly while maintaining rigorous standards for site viability and long-term operational success
Deliver executive-level strategic insights by leading VP-attended business reviews, presenting complex site selection analyses, and influencing critical launch decisions that shape the Amazon Now footprint
Build and develop a high-performing team that can balance speed with analytical rigor, fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on the most impactful site selection criteria

Required

Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
7+ years of team management experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
10+ years of program or project management experience
