Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: You will function as a product-minded engineer for our internal platform. This involves architecting secure infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and backend services (Go, Python, PostgresDB), while also building the frontend interfaces (React, TS) to support features
Developer Experience: Create the internal platforms and dashboards that improve developer velocity, reliability, and observability across the entire organization
Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader who mentors junior engineers, contributes to the entire infrastructure codebase, and identifies root causes for critical system issues
Qualification
Required
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Physics or Mathematics
5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in CS fundamentals
Proficiency in Go and Python, with a deep understanding of building scalable backend services and APIs
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for building complex, data-rich web applications
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong experience with relational databases, specifically PostgresDB
You are comfortable functioning as your own PM and Designer and write technical specs (PRDs) to define how users interact with infrastructure
Excellent communication skills to represent technical and product decisions to the wider engineering team
Preferred
Experience with React Native for mobile or cross-platform applications
Prior experience in a startup environment where you handled multi-functional responsibilities (Dev, PM, and Design)
