Responsibilities
Work with method developers to validate a new Chemistry measurement system
Assist in efforts to transition analyses from laboratory to Factory scale - including interfacing with Chemists in our Factory locations
Collaborate with cross functional teams on design of experiment (DOE) creation and analysis
Assist in data analysis using analytical software, AI/ML, and database concepts
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science Engineering
Experience working in a lab environment
Ability to learn how to write engineering reports and presentations
A passion for chemistry, science, problem solving, and creativity
An innovation mindset
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
A strong self-motivated work ethic and a keen interest in learning from others
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
