Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership over multiple key technologies and services including Content Management, MFT (Managed File Transfers), and Workload Scheduling
Set strategy and direction, define technical roadmaps, drive business deliverables, capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Lead multiple initiatives to build or host applications in the Cloud/AWS
Manage, coach and develop staff and promote individual development
Create high performing teams
Manage vendor relationships for multiple key software partners (IBM, Fortra, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 6+ years work experience or equivalent experience
4 or more years of related technical experience in an enterprise environment
Formal Leadership experience is required
Experience supporting engineers with technical and business problems, solutioning architectural issues and planning by engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Adaptable, flexible, innovative, influential, collaborative and can learn from experiences and setbacks
