Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones
Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery
Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption
Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models
Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies
Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
Preferred
PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred
