Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain KPI-driven dashboards and reporting solutions (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI)
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for operational and executive reporting
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, scalable analytics solutions
Ensure reporting is accurate, performant, and aligned with business definitions
Support re-architecture of data pipelines to enable near real-time reporting
Work within Azure and Databricks environments for ETL, transformation, and data processing
Collaborate with Data Engineering leadership to improve scalability and freshness of reporting assets
Identify data gaps and recommend automation improvements
Partner closely with operations, pharmacy leadership, and engineering teams
Support root-cause analysis and investigative analytics for performance issues
Document data definitions, KPIs, and reporting logic for consistency and governance
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence (open to strong junior candidates with the right technical foundation and work ethic)
Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
Experience with BI tools (Sigma preferred; Tableau or Power BI acceptable)
Exposure to Azure, Databricks, or modern cloud data platforms
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Candidates must live in the U.S. and be able to work without sponsorship or C2C arrangement

Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries preferred
