NetSuite Technical Consulting Manager

Responsibilities
Minimum of 10 + years of hands-on consulting experience
Minimum of 10 + years of experience in information technology
Minimum of 5+ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects either under project management, functional or technical lead roles
Experience implementing ERP with implementation partners
Bachelor's degree or higher
Must demonstrate: Understanding of integration, data migration, and customization concepts and approach
Working experience in implementation of integration, data migration, and customization work streams
Working experience leading implementation life cycle activities (SIT, UAT, …)
Working experience with a cut over and go-live activities
Working experience in developing and managing plans, tasks, and activities
Working experience in managing risks, issues, and defects
Understanding and describing technology architecture
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
To be self-directed and motivated
Leading team members with minimal supervision
Undergraduate degree
Experience in the following are assets: Experience with global or large solution integrators
Release management and/or Agile scrum master experience
Experience with SaaS/Cloud architectures
NetSuite and/or Oracle Cloud experience
Travel 25-50%

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
