Responsibilities

Internships are designed to introduce and build essential hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional
Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study
Intern 3 – completion of 3rd year of qualified study

Required

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering and/or related fields, and must have completed at least 3 years of study
Candidates who have graduated with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the Master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions
Graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship
Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required

Preferred

Strong attention to detail, strong work ethics, leadership and organizational skills
Experience performing construction layout surveys is an asset
Sound understanding of drawing layouts using pre-established CAD standards on items such as text, styles, blocks, etc
Experience in Revit/ BIM modelling
Experience or coursework in analysis modelling, finite element modelling, steel and concrete material classes, seismic courses
