Responsibilities

Ability to collaborate with associates, internal clients, and Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements

Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Analyze and optimize workflows, data models, and technical integrations, preparing detailed documentation including data flows and process charts

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions

Perform root-cause analysis for production incidents and assist in defining new feature requests

Ability to assist in maintaining accurate and comprehensive system documentation, technical records, and clear correspondence throughout project lifecycles

Knowledge of release management practices, as well as UAT and integration testing

Experience in supporting the deployment of applications in a containerized, cloud environment (e.g., Kubernetes)

Able to perform data analysis and pattern finding for effective research

Knowledge of SQL Queries and Stored Procedures is a plus

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, including AI—and apply tools to increase efficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow optimization

ServiceNow expertise would be a bonus
