Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve food safety, develop processes, and implement technical solutions
Manage corporate sanitation, water, filtration and other technical programs
Navigate complex technical challenges, validate leading technology, analyze performance metrics, and recommend impactful solutions
Work closely with cross-functional partners and senior leadership, presenting clear recommendations and progress updates
Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth, inclusion, and innovation
Negotiate with vendors, lead technical problem-solving using Lean Six Sigma principles, and ensure compliance with food law regulations

Required

Master's of Engineering or Science degree in a Natural or Life Science plus 3 year of production/operations, food/beverage, sanitation, engineering, product development or quality assurance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's of Engineering or Science degree in Natural or Life Science degree plus 7 years of production, operations, engineering, sanitation or quality assurance experience in food and beverage manufacturing, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma with 10 years of production, operations, engineering, sanitation or quality assurance experience in food and beverage manufacturing, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
Required to lift and move equipment or product that can weigh up to 50 pounds
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 20% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
