Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Tyler’s products and services to effectively support and expand existing client relationships
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to identify needs and promote additional solutions
Proactively engage clients to uncover opportunities and introduce new offerings that align with their goals
Clearly communicate product capabilities, address questions, and resolve concerns to advance the sales process
Follow up on leads from internal teams and respond promptly to client inquiries
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
Attend user group meetings, trade shows, and onsite client visits as needed
Assist in preparing responses to RFP’s and other formal procurement documents
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned annual sales quota
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in the court domain is a plus
Prior software sales experience is highly desirable
Experience working within sales CRM system is a plus
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills; public speaking experience is a plus
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Proficiency with PC applications and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel 25%-50% annually
Valid driver's license required
