Field Operations Trainer
Hana Group is a global leader in ready-to-eat Pan-Asian cuisine, dedicated to delivering high-quality food through in-store kiosks and food service operations. The Field Operations Trainer is responsible for supporting the training of new and existing kiosks and kitchens, leading the training of operational tools and processes, and promoting a strong workplace culture and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Supports and trains at new store and kitchen openings for both Corporate and Franchise operations
Work closely with the Product Development team to update manuals as-needed
Assist in the implementation and training of new products and operational procedures
Become the expert on operational systems and lead training sessions for the operations team
Manage training statistics and insights to evolve and grow the training program
Support operations with on-site training as needed
Be an example of excellence and ensure kiosk and kitchen workplace culture by leading by example
50-60% travel required (leans towards higher end as the business continues to grow)
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years as a food service manager in sushi OR three (3) years in food service management
Experience and an in-depth understanding of the food retail industry
Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office Suite and adaptable to new technologies
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license; Ability to travel to all locations; Long distance traveling required
Preferred
Degree in Education, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, etc
Certification in Food Safety
