Inspects & coordinates the installation and construction of public infrastructure
Assist the Senior Road Manager in all aspects of the operation of the Eddy County Road Department
Working with BLM/State on permitting requirements: Pits, Roads, Leases, Covert Permits, Right of Entry, and other permits that are needed for road construction
Direct employees in safety and adherence to all local, state and federal regulations
