Responsibilities
Manage all general ledger activity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and allocations
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Prepare financial statements and support audits
Oversee cash flow, bank activity, and cost allocations
Ensure compliance with nonprofit funding and regulatory requirements
Partner with Property & Asset Management as a financial advisor
Supervise accounting staff, support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Drive continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
3+ years of supervisory experience
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
Preferred
CPA preferred
Property management or real estate accounting experience a plus
