Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end NPD projects from ideation through launch
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate stage-gate processes and ensure alignment with corporate development standards
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
Ensure all product development activities remain on schedule and within budget
Partner with Product Management, Sales and sourcing to align on product positioning, pricing and launch timing
Work with Supply Chain and Operations to validate sourcing, manufacturing readiness, and distribution planning
Serve as the central communication hub for all project stakeholders
Review and provide first level input on product quality, testing, and validation processes
Support go-to-market activities with product management
Conduct post-launch performance analysis and document learnings for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field
7-10 years of experience in project management, product development, or commercialization (foodservice or CPG preferred)
Strong understanding of stage-gate development processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Preferred
PMP certification a plus
