They are seeking an Evaluation/Inspection Technician to conduct thorough annual maintenance inspections, perform move-out inspections, and communicate effectively with residents and property owners.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough annual maintenance inspections
Identify maintenance concerns
Provide clear, detailed repair recommendations
Perform move-out inspections
Document turn work required for unit readiness
Complete and submit inspection reports using RentCheck software
Inspect primarily single-family homes, with occasional multifamily properties
Certify smoke detectors and replace units as needed
Communicate professionally with residents and property owners when necessary
Complete all tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly
Qualification
Required
Prior home inspection, maintenance, or property management experience preferred
Comfortable using mobile inspection software (RentCheck experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Ability to identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions
Professional communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
