Responsibilities
Manage data protection enforcement initiatives, prioritizing focus areas using a risk-based approach, and organizing rollout schedules
Provide hands on support to builders to ensure a seamless experience in meeting our high security bar by serving as an independent consultant
Identify and implement lessons learned to improve enforcement mechanisms
Use data to measure impact through metrics and monitoring
Define and deliver operational reporting that provides strategic insights
Work with business partners to understand requirements, risks and desired solutions for their data
Support the development of consistent standards and processes to effectively advocate for operational excellence
Identify and drive implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Engage product partners to improve data discovery efforts across the Amazon ecosystem
Participate in Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews to advise leadership about on-going enforcement efforts, wins and risks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
