Responsibilities
The Developer will join a collaborative team responsible for supporting and enhancing the Delaware General Assembly's Legislative Information System (LIS). This role includes hands-on technical design, development, integration, and ongoing support within a large and complex technology environment
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a C#/.NET developer
Experience with full-stack development (backend and frontend design and implementation)
Experience developing and supporting solutions leveraging Microsoft Word automation, SharePoint, and SQL Server within complex, multi-user production environments
Experience using version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps Server, Git)
Experience with document generation frameworks or document automation libraries in .NET environments is desirable
Qualification
Required
A four-year degree in a related field (or equivalent technical experience) is required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a C#/.NET developer
Experience with full-stack development (backend and frontend design and implementation)
Experience developing and supporting solutions leveraging Microsoft Word automation, SharePoint, and SQL Server within complex, multi-user production environments
Experience using version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps Server, Git)
Preferred
Knowledge of Delaware's legislative process or other state legislative environments is highly desirable
Experience with document generation frameworks or document automation libraries in .NET environments is desirable
Candidates who demonstrate the ability to independently learn and quickly understand legislative processes and business operations will be strongly considered
