Responsibilities
Co‑develop analytics solutions and proofs‑of‑concept with Data Science teams
Guide model design, experimentation, data preparation, and iterative testing
Support architecture planning for ML/LLM initiatives and enterprise‑scale analytics engines
Ensure the right data is identified, sourced, and consolidated to power analytics use cases
Turn complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights
Create executive‑ready summaries, dashboards, and data stories that support decision‑making
Act as the liaison between business and technical teams
Lead working sessions to share results, gather feedback, and drive iteration
Integrate model outputs into operational workflows across business functions to encourage adoption and value realization
Identify and shape high‑impact analytics opportunities
Provide early input around feasibility, data needs, and technical constraints
Ensure analytics products are deployed effectively and scaled across teams
Define success metrics and track value delivered by deployed models
Mentor analytics team members on AI, visualization, and best practices
Manage resources delivering analytics solutions and dashboards for key initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Engineering, Math, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
10+ years of experience in visualization design and development in large, complex environments
5+ years of management experience leading data or analytics teams
Strong SQL proficiency; expertise with Tableau and Tableau Server
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and interpret analytical results
Familiarity with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, including ML/AI concepts
Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy principles
Strong problem‑solving abilities in cross‑functional environments
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, ML Ops, and model lifecycle management
Hands‑on experimentation design experience
Expertise in BI tools and visualization best practices
Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI‑enabled solutions
