They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to elevate quality across their web, mobile, and backend platforms by testing new features, strengthening automation, and maintaining a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and backend services

Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across multiple environments

Contribute to and execute automated tests using existing frameworks and tools

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define test coverage, acceptance criteria, and edge cases

Validate data integrity and workflow behavior across reviewing, grading, vaulting, purchasing, and marketplace features

Log, track, and retest defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps

Participate in sprint planning, standups, and release readiness activities

Help improve QA documentation, tooling, and processes across the team

Qualification

Required

4+ years of QA experience, including hands-on testing of web and/or mobile applications

Familiarity with backend/API testing and tools such as Postman or similar

Exposure to automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.) and CI/CD workflows

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC

Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations

Preferred

experience in marketplaces, logistics/ops-heavy environments, or collectibles
