Required

Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, permission management, and configurations

Experience in Jira automation (Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to understand business processes and map them into Jira workflows

Strong communication and documentation abilities

Experience managing discrepancies between user expectations, resumes, and actual capabilities (helpful for screening/support roles)

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Jira administration (5+ years preferred)

Basic understanding of Confluence integration is preferred

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
