Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior Developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) platform
Lead and support multiple finance and accounting technology initiatives with a focus on metadata management
Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle DRM applications, integrating with Oracle ERP GL, EPM, HFM, and PBCS systems
Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance for existing DRM solutions across all SHUSA entities
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to implement and optimize DRM workflows and processes
Design, develop, and document DRG workflows, exports/imports, action scripts, and blenders using best practices
Utilize strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch) for automation and process improvement
Produce comprehensive documentation for solution design, training, and knowledge transfer
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, sharing technical expertise and recommendations
Qualification
Required
10-15 years' experience as a technical DRM developer/SME
Deep expertise in Oracle DRM/DRG
Prior work with Oracle EPM products (HFM, PBCS)
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch)
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle DRM applications
Experience in integrating with Oracle ERP GL, EPM, HFM, and PBCS systems
Experience in providing ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
Experience in collaborating with finance and accounting teams to implement and optimize DRM workflows and processes
Experience in designing, developing, and documenting DRG workflows, exports/imports, action scripts, and blenders using best practices
Ability to produce comprehensive documentation for solution design, training, and knowledge transfer
