Director of Client Experience
The Well is a growing independent wealth management firm in South Georgia, and they are seeking a Director of Client Experience. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming client experience, managing onboarding processes, and enhancing client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
Responsibilities
Create a polished, high-touch, white-glove in-office experience that clients genuinely look forward to
Drive proactive client connection: Birthday calls. Thoughtful follow-ups. Planned outreach. You’ll help clients feel remembered and valued year-round
Make onboarding feel effortless: Gather client information, open new accounts, and coordinate smooth handoffs to operations. No dropped balls. No confusion. Just clarity and care
Protect the advisor’s time: Own the calendar. Schedule strategically. Keep the day flowing efficiently and professionally
Elevate the client experience: Assist with client events, special projects, and creative communication ideas that deepen relationships
Qualification
Required
Background in client-facing service (luxury retail, concierge healthcare, hospitality, wealth management, etc.)
Highly organized with strong follow-through — you finish what you start
Comfortable learning new systems
Warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people feel at home
Preferred
Wealthbox CRM experience is a plus
Interest in earning Series 7 + 66 (supported) or already licensed (bonus)
