Responsibilities

Prepare, revise, and process service quotes and proposals
Track open quotes and follow up with customers or sales reps to drive closure
Maintain accurate pricing, service descriptions, and documentation required for quoting
Support service sales staff with customer research, product information, and documentation needs
Serve as a point of contact for inbound customer inquiries on service activity
Handle escalations and route issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Enter and manage service orders, purchase orders, and service agreements in the CRM/ERP
Ensure accuracy of service order and approval documentation, contract terms, or billing details
Support monthly billing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities
Maintain organized records for service contracts, warranties, and customer history
Prepare weekly/monthly service sales performance reports as required
Track KPIs such as quote conversion, backlog, and response times
Maintain dashboards and data accuracy in CRM/ERP systems

Required

High school diploma required
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or service coordination
Must have access to a secure, high‑speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted performance of job responsibilities

Preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, operations, and finance teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
