Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle, from order placement through installation and commissioning
Support the development and execution of projects involving large-scale capital process equipment
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met
Assist senior project managers during onboarding and training, then transition into independently managing assigned projects
Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure global project execution
Provide cost variance reporting and support project financial tracking
Act as a technical liaison between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
4–6 years of project management experience supporting industrial or process equipment projects
Experience supporting customer relationships on high-value equipment projects (multi-million-dollar scope)
Strong understanding of large capital process equipment; aseptic systems experience is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with international customers and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred
PMP Certification
Ability to support overtime based on project demands
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, biotech production, or regulated environments
