The role involves managing the development of online courses and learning products, ensuring timely delivery, and contributing to the overall online training curriculum.

Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans and budgets to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality online products, including new online courses, adaptations of existing courses into languages other than English, new and repurposed microlearning videos, and blended courses
Support communication and marketing for the online learning program, including strategic event coordination for the Annual and Spring meetings. Create and maintain promotional materials, email and social media campaigns, using Adobe Campaign, Cvent, and other relevant tools, to increase course visibility and learner enrollment
Contribute to the buildout of courses authored in Articulate 360 and hosted on the edX platform and other learning management systems
Support the ongoing delivery of the online program curriculum (reruns), incorporating lessons learned, learner feedback, and evaluation data
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet the standards and requirements of the program, including products created by external vendors
Qualification
Required
Educational development, typically acquired through the completion of a university degree, or equivalent, in programming/systems, computer science, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field of study
In-depth knowledge of processes involved in online course development and delivery
Experience working with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Strong project management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Initiative and attention to detail
Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively
Ability to work under pressure both autonomously and in a team environment
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with subject matter experts
Ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver individual projects
Preferred
Experience using edX, survey and communications tools
Experience in Articulate 360
Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools and software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other audio/video editing software
