Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 operational support through proactive monitoring of application performance and system health
Support Digital Channels Production environments, including Unix/Linux, Windows, VMware, HyperV, Middleware, and AWS Cloud environments
Monitor and analyze alerts from enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Big Panda, SCOM, and LogicMonitor
Respond to incidents and alerts, troubleshoot issues, and restore services promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unplanned outages and implement improvements to prevent future incidents
Follow ITIL Service Management practices, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management activities
Write and utilize scripts (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate remediation of alerts and enhance system efficiency
Ensure enterprise standards and security are maintained on hardware and software
Participate in planned change activities and incident follow-ups
Provide training and support to team members as needed
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in an operational support role
Strong knowledge of ITSM Service Management best practices
Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server environments
Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, and others
Understanding of virtual technologies, including VMware and HyperV
Experience with Middleware components such as Weblogic, Websphere, and DataPower
Familiarity with incident ticketing systems like ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential
