Custom Software Development Expertise – Ability to design, code, and enhance components using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
Strong IBM System i / AS400 Proficiency – Master-level skill in IBM System I (AS/400) and expert-level proficiency in IBM iSeries , along with expertise in build management and design/build enablement
Systems Integration & Cross‑Team Collaboration – Skilled at collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth integration across systems and contributing to major technical decisions
Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Ability to design innovative solutions aligned with business needs and stay current with emerging technologies
