Part-Time MEP Graduate Program Assistant

Responsibilities

Provides weekly support for MEP programming
Planning sessions
Developing agendas
Coordinating speakers
Preparing topics
Creating flyers and advertisements
Managing room reservations
Supporting catering needs
Communicating with student leaders such as MEP Envoys and Lead Mentors
Communicating with MEP alumni
Assisting in preparation of brief written summaries for annual reporting
Summarizing program events
Summarizing student involvement
Summarizing engagement outcomes

Required

Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Knowledgeable about resources on campus (both academic and social)

Possess student development event / programming skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Sharp organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to maintain professionalism and act as a role model for students
