Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for fabricating components, subassemblies, and final assemblies
Collaborate with design engineering and cross-functional teams to support product improvements and new product introductions
Create, review, and implement engineering change requests (ECRs) to support ongoing product development and production activities
Apply basic engineering principles and DFx methodologies to improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, and optimize process flow
Establish time standards and recommend tooling, fixtures, and process enhancements
Write and release test procedures; collect operational and test data; analyze and evaluate results
Review and evaluate work methods, procedures, and policies for efficiency and accuracy
Assist in root cause analysis for issues identified during system assembly and testing
Support additional engineering tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering
Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering documentation, drawings, and test procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of DFx principles and process optimization
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with engineering change processes is a plus
