Responsibilities
Identifying and evaluating learning assets included in the role-based curriculums
Developing new learning assets designed to meet business needs, which may include materials for classroom-based learning, PowerPoint presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web-based training, job aids and performance support tools, assessments, certification programs, etc
Delivering training in an in-person and/or a remote setting
Collaborating with HR, business management, and various functional teams to vet and align on milestone training deliverables, collaborate on the development and review of materials, and implement/rollout of new training courses/materials
Contributes to the development of functional strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field
3+ years directly applicable experience in insurance or financial brokerage
Proficient in developing and following individual work plan(s)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Up to 25% travel, with specific area of travel being within assigned region and at times, travel to Gallagher headquarters
Preferred
Professional certification (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) or equivalent training experience preferred
Insurance and/or customer service learning and development experience preferred
