Business Development Property Management Representative
Rosenbaum Realty Group is a leading property management company in Arizona, passionate about helping real estate investors build long-term wealth. They are seeking a Business Development Officer to drive new business growth, focusing on building relationships with property owners and investors to expand their portfolio.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads for property management services through networking, cold calling, referrals, and targeted outreach in the Phoenix metro and Prescott Valley areas
Build and nurture relationships with real estate investors, homeowners, and industry partners to bring in new clients
Present our services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to grow our managed portfolio
Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns, events, and strategies to attract high-quality investors
Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet and exceed targets
Qualification
Required
Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (property management or investment sales preferred)
Hungry, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed and bring in new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
Familiarity with CRM tools
