They are seeking a Dairy Quality Assurance Intern to provide support for the dairy quality team, assist with sampling and testing of products, and maintain QA records to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Provide support for the Shamrock Farms dairy quality team in an accurate and timely manner
Assist with routine sampling and testing of in-process and finished dairy products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
Support daily audits of production areas to verify compliance with GMP and sanitation requirements
Help maintain QA records and documentation to support regulatory and internal audit readiness
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition, or related studies
Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must live in or near Phoenix, AZ
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
Effective task management
High level of motivation and adaptability
Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
