Technical Program Engineer

Responsibilities
Program and configure PCs and mobile phones for third-party agent partners, security teams, and internal engineering teams
Support onboarding of new employees by setting up and teaching device programming, particularly for Chicago-based teams
Maintain and update PCs and phones deployed in the field, including OS updates and reconfiguration
Manage and track hardware prototypes, including inventory, distribution to engineering teams, and coordinating returns from inactive partners
Serve as a central point of support for prototype logistics in collaboration with engineering and program stakeholders
Provide general technical support and assist with other operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Comfortable working with PCs, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
Basic understanding of device provisioning, software installation, and troubleshooting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of hands-on technical tasks
