Responsibilities
Be the catalyst that enables platforms and technologies to deliver customer outcomes that support sustainability and resiliency, as well as optimal financial and operational performance
Develop solutions within specific SaaS applications such as; Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
Cloud application and infrastructure planning, testing and development
Develop and monitor core application KPI's in Dynatrace to drive continuous improvement in customer experiences
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Design, develop, and support web, IoT, and mobile application types using multiple technology stacks
Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and contractors
Ensure that application development, integrations, and DevSecOps best practices are adhered to and ensure lessons learned are documented and followed
Maintain a focus on UI/UX in conjunction with the business and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
0-1+ years relevant work experience in a technology field
Knowledge with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
A basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test automation
Experience in one or more modern development languages such as C#, Javascript, Golang, Java, Python, or other
A basic understanding of application monitoring
Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Preferred
Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow
Machine learning and artificial intelligence experience
