HR Administrative Assistant
CFS is a 3rd generation civil contractor, and they are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves organizing personnel files, processing documentation related to new hires, and tracking compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
Organize, maintain, and update confidential personnel files and HR records
Process and track documentation related to new hires, employee changes, and separations
Assist new employees with required paperwork to support a compliant and welcoming onboarding experience
Track compliance requirements including Paid Sick Leave, PFML, workers’ compensation, and other Washington State mandates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable interacting with all types of people
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
HR courses or experience preferred
